Pricing and Product Information
From time to time there may be information on our website or in our catalogue that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. Rodney’s Plants Plus reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

Prices
All prices on this site are in Australian dollars and INCLUDE GST. Unless indicated otherwise, prices shown are per individual item.

Product Colours
Colours as shown on our photographs are displayed differently on every monitor and computer system. As such, colours displayed should be considered a guide rather than an accurate representation of the actual finish.

Return Policy
For change of mind on goods purchased we will give you an exchange or gift vouchers to use within our store. The goods being returned must be in original condition with all relevent packaging and receipts. For any goods that are faulty or have a major problem we will refund or exchange the item under consumer law policies. Goods purchased on-line can only be returned within 14 days of purchase, in their original condition and packaging. Please call first for return authorisation. This helps us track your parcel and avoids any undue delay. You must have your receipt to return items. Rodney’s Plants Plus will not refund the delivery costs. Any goods being returned are done so at your cost, Rodney’s Plants Plus will not accept the returned goods unless delivery costs have been paid in full.

Backorders
In the event that we are out of stock of the item ordered we will not part ship your order until we have notified you by phone or fax.

Deliveries
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver throughout Australia, usually via Australia Post. Some products cannot be sent to some states due to quarantine restrictions.

I live outside Australia, can I place an order?
Yes you can as long as the delivery address is within Australia. This makes Rodney’s Plants Plus a great way to send a gift to family or friends in Australia when you are living overseas.

Guarantee
At Rodney’s Plants Plus you can make a purchase with confidence. All our living merchandise e.g. Live Plants is guaranteed to grow. Any items that do not grow within 12 months will be replaced or a credit will be given.
